1. All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

2. Since items are pre-loved, do expect as it is.

3. Please send us a notification after payment done. Items will only be sent after we received the FULL PAYMENT.

4. Items will be packaged properly. However, we will not hold responsibility for any lost and damages during delivery.

5. Items are not restockable.

7. Delivery will be done after payment has been made. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery.
